Shipping policy

 

WIG ORDERS:

Once your order is paid for and payment processed, please allow 2 to 3 weeks lead time for your wig to made.

SHIPPING AFTER WIG IS MADE:

Once your order has been despatched, please allow for UK delivery 4-7 working days and Outside the UK 7-10 working days to receive your delivery.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

• Standard Delivery is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days from the moment your order has been paid for in full. Normal service takes 5-10 working days for the wig to be made.
• Standard Delivery is shipped out Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).
• Standard Delivery is £20.00.
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
• A signature may be required on receipt.
• If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

• Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 1pm.
• Next Day Delivery is excluded on weekends and public holidays.
• Next Day Delivery is shipped out the next working day once your order has been processed/made depending on the service you opted for.
• Next Day Delivery costs £25.00
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Next Day Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm and a signature will be required upon receipt.
• If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.

UNDELIVERED ORDER

• You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order, please email us on hello@raaelondon.com

We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (including sitewide sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. RAAE London cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
